You may find pepper spray to stop granny, codes to open safe, and other mechanical tools. Every object you discover is essential, which will help you further complete the game.
There are also two side quests about knowing secrets. For which you will receive badges and some points. You can also buy different UGC items to customize the granny or your own character appearance. You can also get a game pass to play as other enemy characters.
