After the prologue, open the phone menu, select the three dots near your avatar, and choose Redeem Code.
Why is the NTE code menu missing?
The phone and mailbox can remain locked during the opening. Complete the prologue before trying again.
Can I use a code with no expiry date?
Publishers do not always state an expiry. Enter it exactly as shown and use the game’s response as the current status.
